These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 59rbet ("Platform", "we"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion available on 59rbet, you confirm that you have read this document in full and agree to be bound by all of its provisions.

59rbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. To create an account and play on 59rbet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Each individual may hold only one active account on 59rbet. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being blocked and any winnings being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. 59rbet strongly recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

• Do not share your login credentials with third parties. 59rbet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the account holder's negligence.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately at suporte@59rbet.best.
• The account balance is exclusively tied to the account holder's CPF. Transfers between accounts are not permitted.
• 59rbet reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, following prior notice by email.

Your withdrawable balance and bonus balance are displayed separately in the account dashboard. Only the withdrawable balance (with no active bonus) can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the limits and timeframes described in Section 5.

59rbet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

• All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Third-party deposits will be returned and may result in account suspension.
• 59rbet does not charge fees on deposits. Any banking fees are the responsibility of the player's bank.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed upon request to support, provided the balance has not been used in any games.

• Withdrawals made while a bonus is active on the account are subject to the corresponding rollover being met before they can be processed.
• 59rbet may require additional identity verification for withdrawals exceeding R$ 5,000.00 per transaction.
• In cases where fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms is suspected, 59rbet reserves the right to place a hold on the withdrawal for as long as necessary to complete the investigation.

59rbet offers a range of promotions for registered players, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free spins, tournaments, and VIP perks. The general rules below apply to all promotions:

• Rollover: every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal. The rollover for each promotion is detailed in that offer's specific terms.
• Validity: unused bonuses or bonuses with an unmet rollover requirement within the allotted time will be automatically cancelled with no compensation.
• Accumulation: as a general rule, only one bonus promotion may be active at a time. The weekly cashback and tournaments run in parallel and do not interfere with active bonus promotions.
• One account per promotion: each promotion is valid once per CPF, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in all associated bonuses being cancelled.

• Bets on events that are cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours will be voided and the staked amount returned to the account balance.

• Obvious errors in odds (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system error) may result in the cancellation of the affected bets, with the staked amount refunded, even after the event outcome is known.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 59rbet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance cancellation, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (multi-accounting).
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain without reporting them to support.
• Use of bots, automation software, or any technology that provides an artificial advantage over other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts.
• Collusion between players in Live Casino games or Sports Betting.
• Using credit cards or third-party payment methods without the cardholder's authorization.
